Workplace, Mall and Hotel Charging

Charging for your staff and guests

Workplace, Mall and Hotel Charging

AC and DC charging infrastructure for offices, hotels and malls, with billing, access control and load management included.

Project-based quote

Charging infrastructure lengthens customer dwell time and improves employee satisfaction. For businesses we offer three structures.

Options

  • Employee-focused AC: 11-22 kW units for charging during the working day; RFID employee identification and free or paid quota settings.
  • Guest-focused mixed: AC and 60 kW DC together; power chosen according to length of stay at hotels and malls.
  • Revenue-share hub: the site owner makes no investment and receives a share of charging revenue.

Technical scope

We analyse existing transformer and switchboard capacity and use dynamic load management to shrink infrastructure investment. OCPP-compliant units can be integrated with the existing building management system. Usage reports, per-employee charging invoices and a carbon savings report are provided monthly.

A typical installation for about 20 bays takes four to six weeks.

Scope of service

  • RFID employee identification
  • Dynamic load management
  • Monthly usage and carbon report
  • Revenue-share option

Frequently asked questions

How do I start a charging session?
Select the station in the app and scan the QR code, tap your RFID card, or use a contactless bank card at DC stations. Plug the cable into the car first, then start the session.
How is the charging fee calculated?
You are charged only for the kWh drawn. No session-start, idle or parking fees apply (a mall car park's own charges are separate). The price is shown on screen before charging starts.
Which socket does my car use?
Almost all new EVs in Turkey use Type 2 for AC and CCS2 for DC. Some older models have CHAdeMO. Check your owner's manual or the inlet under the charge flap.
What if a station is not working?
Report the fault in the app or call the emergency line at the station (24/7). Our average response time is four hours. For sessions interrupted by a fault, the unused amount is refunded.
What is needed to install a charger at home?
You need an electrical panel near the bay, sufficient contracted capacity and earthing. We check these free during the survey visit. In apartment blocks, management may need to be informed or a decision taken.
