You need an electrical panel near the bay, sufficient contracted capacity and earthing. We check these free during the survey visit. In apartment blocks, management may need to be informed or a decision taken.

Yes, all tariffs and membership fees are shown including VAT and special consumption tax. E-invoices are issued to corporate customers.

Yes. About 3,800 sockets of partner operators appear in the app. The partner's tariff applies; Plus and Max members pay no roaming fee.

You need at least four bays, an adequate electrical connection point, mobile coverage and lighting. Using the application form we deliver a pre-feasibility study in five working days.

Card details are not stored; payment takes place at a licensed payment institution. Personal data is processed under KVKK; details are in the Privacy Notice.
