As Amperya Charging Services Inc. (Data Controller) we process your personal data in line with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
Data processed
Within membership and charging services we process your name, phone, email, licence plate, a masked form of your payment instrument, charging session records (station, time, kWh) and location. We do not store card numbers on our systems; payments are made through a licensed payment institution.
Purposes and legal grounds
Provision of the charging service, invoicing, customer support, security and legal obligations (KVKK Art. 5/2-c, ç, f). Marketing messages are sent only with your explicit consent.
Transfers and retention
Data is shared with payment institutions, the e-invoice integrator and authorised public bodies. Charging session records are kept for ten years (tax legislation) and contact records for three years.
